Sept 14, 2006 - New Delhi, India - Momentum's CEO, Pankaj Agarwal, was a keynote speaker at Nasscom's Emerging Companies Forum on Sept.14 in New Delhi, India. Pankaj spoke of Momentum's journey - from startup to VC funding, to growth and acquisition. The event was targeted towards CEO’s and Senior Management.
Pankaj discussed the journey of Momentum Technologies, right from the beginning in 2000, to the subsequent funding by Citigroup and its quick growth in the North American market. In 2004-2005, Momentum went through a series of acquisitions - first it was acquired by Newell & Budge on March 7, 2005 and then the whole company was acquired by Sopra Group on June 14, 2005.
Pankaj is well known in Canada’s Technology community and has been a recipient the "40 under 40" award by Business in Vancouver, a leading Canadian business publication.
