July 15, 2005 - Noida, India - Since Momentum’s acquisition by Newell and Budge, both sides have been working to make a successful transition towards a seamless organization. Momentum’s CEO, Pankaj Agarwal says “the integration of processes, people and businesses has progressed extremely well. Business development and delivery teams from Momentum and Newell & Budge have started working together on many projects to integrate software development, project management, and application testing processes. Infrastructure integration has also begun with the setup of a dedicated communication link between India and UK.

In the next few months, the company expects a significant amount of work being carried out by Momentum for UK clients.
