The client offers solutions which assess all customer touch points, including online, call center, and in-person, thereby providing the customer with a complete view of their customer experience. Through their proprietary Internet technology, customers can access critical information when they need it. Their Customer Experience Management products show customers, in real time and across the organization, what their customers are experiencing at all contact channels. These tools help the clients build customer loyalty and longevity.
Momentum’s strong presence in Western Canada as well as its Software Engineering Institute CMM Level 5 assessed Global Development Center in India, were key in clinching this deal for Momentum who will be working closely with the client’s on-site IT team for the development around their core product which provides a web-based platform for collection, analysis and reporting of real-time information.?
