As a successful entrepreneur, Pankaj brings more than 17 years of rich IT industry experience. As CEO of Momentum Technologies, Pankaj is responsible for both Sopra Group's Offshore strategy and operations in North America, Europe and India. After graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee, India and completing his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore Pankaj went on to a successful career with Wipro, one of the world's leading IT Services companies.

Pankaj is actively involved and well known in the IT industry in Vancouver, BC, residing on the board of Sopra India, BCTIA, and TIE Vancouver. Pankaj was also the recipient of the Business in Vancouver “40 under 40” award, and is a regular speaker for many events hosted by BCTIA, TIE, VEF, and CIPS to name a few.

Sunil is the VP of Operations and a co-founder of Momentum Technologies. Sunil has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. He has played a key role in setting up first-rate software engineering practices and quality systems at Momentum. Sunil's primary responsibility is to manage the Global Delivery Center’s day-day operations, including human resources.

Prior to co-founding Momentum, Sunil worked with Wipro and the UB Group. Sunil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Roorke.

Vipul brings over 15 years of senior management experience to our delivery team. Prior to joining Momentum, Vipul has held senior positions supervising large teams for many complex projects in the Television Broadcasting industry. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science & Technology from IIT, Roorkee.

Over the last few years at Momentum, Vipul has successfully delivered numerous large-scale projects and nurtured many ODCs from inception to stabilization. At present, his main responsibilities include resource planning and management for the delivery center, training, recruitment, pre-sales support etc. Vipul also shares responsibility for the accomplishment of business goals set for the global delivery center.

Parmod is VP Delivery for the France projects at Momentum. His main responsibility is looking after the delivery of all projects executed in the Global Development Center for France. Parmod ensures that all projects meet our best software engineering processes, and are delivered on schedule and within budget. He is also responsible for the introduction of newer practices to improve overall productivity within the company.

Parmod has worked with leading companies like GE, Maruti and Birlasoft before joining Momentum. He has more than 19 years of industry experience. Parmod holds an Engineering Degree from IISC, Bangalore.

Tapan brings over 29 years of experience in software & services outsourcing industry. Before joining Momentum, Tapan held senior management positions in organizations like Satyam Computers Ltd, Mastek Ltd, Zenith Computers Ltd, Indicos Pvt ltd. He was responsible for setting up, growing and streamlining offshore delivery capabilities for several customers across industry segments and spread over several countries like Canada, USA, UK, Germany, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago etc.

Tapan also held senior management positions in quality & process group of many of these organizations. Tapan holds a degree in physics from Calcutta University, MSc Tech in Applied Geophysics from Indian School Of Mines, Dhanbad and attended diploma course in Systems Engineering at Rice University, Huston USA. He also has publications in international journals.

At Momentum Tapan is responsible for deliveries to UK geography and also heads the quality & process group in Momentum India.

Atul is Financial Controller with Momentum and looks after Finance, Accounting & Statutory matters of the company. Atul is also responsible for designing & implementing Financial processes within Momentum and integrating the accounting processes with other international standards.

Atul is a Chartered Accountant by profession and brought with him 11 years of rich experience from Fashion, Retail & Service industries. Prior to joining Sopra, Atul has worked with leading companies like Swarovski, Domino's Pizza & ITC Group.
