The X-Shore approach is about having the right resources, at the right location, at the right cost and at the right time. It involves:

  Prioritizing the goals of the customer
     
  Establishing optimized teams at the right locations (at customer site, near the customer office and at offshore locations)
     
  Establishing an appropriate governance model to manage this team

The following figure illustrates this concept.

For any X-Shore model, Momentum Technologies establishes a Front Office to function as the client’s single partner handling the Commercial and Project Management aspects of the relationship.
