Our support offerings are flexible and range from call-off support contracts to fully managed services. Support contracts are tailored to meet your business needs and are delivered under a service level agreement. Our Customer Help Desk provides the logging, tracking and escalation of calls to ensure that these service levels are met consistently.

Momentum provides extensive system and application monitoring, helping to pro-actively identify potential issues that may disrupt daily operations. Our preventative approach to support is designed to maximise system availability and can highlight important trends in the behaviour of critical business systems and processes.

Momentum is creating a facility for it’s clients that will benefit from having an offshore based support operation. The initial team ramp up has started around a core team of experienced and proficient technical support professionals. The team has already started initiating transition activities for some of Momentum’s leading clients.
