As a senior SEPG executive you would be involved in review and audit of Quality and Engineering practices of the projects under execution. You would also be actively involved in the design and implementation of the quality processes and systems that are a part of initiative launched by Momentum Technologies to achieve CMMI Level 5 in the middle of next year.

• Experience with an organization assessed at CMM or CMMi level 3 or above.
• Should have been part of Quality team/SEPG team.
• Should have played an active role in the assessment for achieving of CMM or CMMi rating.
• CMM/CMMi based Audit and implementation experience for SEPG
• Experience of providing Training and facilitation on process to team.
• Knowledge on configuration management.
• Usage experience of tools for project management, bug tracking, configuration management and Software development experience is an added advantage.
