Senior XIB/AMTrix engineer required to support a large customer base in the Europe, Asia and the United States.

The products we support are within the fields Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Any experience in the configuration and use of Unix, Windows or AS/400 operating systems as well as programming and database knowledge would be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

As this is a low volume - high complexity support environment, strong emphasis will be placed on the ability to troubleshoot complex problems over a wide range of applications and operating systems.

Prior experience in XIB or AMTrix is a requirement.

Should have 1-6 years of experience configuring, troubleshooting and supporting XIB and AMTrix. Familiar working in an international company and collaborating with a global customer base.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
